大家好，我是單板雪教練YC，我本身也從事水上活動教學六年，今年12月到1月會在新瀉及長野區域服務，主要的學生群是單板初學者，不管是完全零經驗的大人，還是 五歲以上的小朋友，都可以來找我，一天的課程一定讓你或是孩子學到最基礎的站姿滑行、單腳穿板上下纜車，如果平常有在從事板類運動、其他平衡運動類型的朋友，或許一天的課就可以讓你隔天自己開心逛雪場，平常比較沒有在運動的孩子，建議至少約兩天以上的課喔，如果只是想要來體驗也非常歡迎。 課程可以用中文或全英文進行，也能依照需求到不同雪場與你會合。若需要裝備租借，也可以提前和我討論。 第一次滑雪一點都不可怕，和我一起在白色浪漫雪地製造快樂的回憶吧！ Hi everyone, I’m YC, a snowboard instructor. I’ve also been teaching water sports for six years, and this December I’ll be in Yuzawa! My main students are snowboard beginners—whether you’re a complete first timer or a child over 5 years old, you’re very welcome to join my lessons. In just one day, you (or your child) will be able to learn the basics of stance, sliding, and getting on/off the lift with one foot strapped in. If you already do board sports or other balance related activities, you might be able to enjoy exploring the slopes on your own the very next day. For kids (or adults) who don’t usually exercise much, I recommend at least two or more days of lessons for the best experience. And if you just want to try snowboarding for fun, that’s perfectly fine too! Lessons can be taught in Chinese or English, and I can also meet you at different ski resorts if needed. If you need help with equipment rental, feel free to discuss it with me in advance. Snowboarding for the first time doesn’t have to be scary—come ride with me and create happy memories in Yuzawa!
